Juliana Moiola is the founding owner of Moiola Law Firm. Juliana attended law school at Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California where she competed on the Mock Trial and Moot Court Teams. She obtained a criminal law emphasis. After law school, she passed the California State Bar exam on her first attempt. She clerked at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, Federal District Court, and the Imperial County District Attorney’s Office. Juliana also worked in Orange County’s Family Protection Clinic helping individuals obtain domestic violence restraining orders. Prior to opening her own law firm, Juliana served as a Deputy District Attorney at Riverside District Attorney’s Office. Juliana is known by colleagues for her meticulous work, persuasive arguments, and integrity by attorneys on both sides of the aisle.
A graduate of UC Berkeley and Chapman University School of Law, Juliana Moiola is passionate about helping others. As a former Deputy District Attorney, Juliana Moiola prosecuted hundreds of domestic violence and DUI cases. Juliana knows the tactics the District Attorney’s Office uses to get a conviction. Now, she uses her prosecutor’s mindset to fight vigorously on behalf of her clients in both criminal and family law matters. Juliana noticed the way other attorney’s intentionally prolonged both criminal and family law cases at the expense of their clients.
